If you're having trouble receiving emails from Brush.bio, try the following troubleshooting methods:
Check if the email was sent to your Junk or Spam folder. If you find any of our emails there, mark them as "Not Spam" to make sure future emails go straight to your inbox.
If you're using an email provider that uses tabs, check if the email was delivered there instead. (On Gmail, look in the Social, Promotions, Updates, and Forums tabs.)
If you've found the verification email but the link has expired, hit the Resend Verification Link button and we'll get send a fresh link to you. You must verify your account within 72 hours or the link will expire again.
If you've just made your account and you still don't have the email, refresh the page in case there's been a delay.
Update your contact details, check the spelling of your email, or consider using an alternative email address.
Check with your I.T. or email provider to confirm if emails are blocked. Depending on how strict your emails are set up, it might be possible that receiving certain emails outside your organization isn't allowed.
